Skelmorlie & Wemyss Bay Parish Church is a Congregation of the Church of Scotland. The Congregational Roll stands at over 200.
We're an active congregation which prides itself in giving a warm and friendly welcome to visitors.
An average Sunday morning attendance would be 50/60 people.
Less formal worship ("Soul Searching") is held on the last Sunday of each month at 6pm, alternating each month with Inverkip Parish Church.
Communion services are held on the second Sunday of March, June, September and December, and on the Thursday evening of Holy Week.
There is a well maintained hall which is widely used by the church and the local community.
The New Revised Standard Version of the Bible is used in worship and copies are available in the pews. Praise is taken mainly from Church Hymnary 4.
The Sunday service is streamed live on YouTube and can be watched on a smart TV or computer, live or afterwards. Click here to access our YouTube channel. DVD recordings of all services are available for anyone housebound without access to YouTube.
Disabled access is available to the church and hall and an induction loop system is fitted in the church.
